Our Mission

K-MET's Mission is to promote development of under served communities through innovative health and education programs or “Jiwo dongruok egwenge man gi chan kokalo e migepe mong'ith mag ngima gi puonjruok” in the language of the Luo, the dominant ethnic group in Nyanza Province.

Our Vision

K-MET's Vision is working towards communities where health services are accessible, everybody enjoys quality Reproductive health services and every child is wanted.

Aims & Objectives
  • To improve access to quality healthcare services, particularly in the underserved areas.

  • To harness new and existing expertise, skills and resources to build institutions which will ensure availability of quality healthcare services for all

  • To develop innovative outreach programs for Primary Health Care (PHC) with emphasis on the special needs of the youth.

  • To initiate and promote comprehensive developmental networks through collaboration with other change in the field.

  • To conduct quality research and training on developmental models that can be replicates.

  • To mainstream gender in all it programmes as a vital component of RH development
